another option

The agent 'agCleanup' is visible to me when I open domlog with Domino Designer. You won't see it in the client because it is a scheduled agent, and disabled by default.

However, I'd recommend setting the replication property 'replication>replication options>space savers>remove documents not modified in the last (days)' to an appropriate value. It's easier to manage then the agent, and no need to use Designer to see it.
